Reason: Covers most of the remaining leather_* tags with more than 10 uses and no implications, at least until I ran out of BUR space.

strap is aliased to straps. The leather_straps -> straps implication is already pending in topic #33587.

bracer is aliased to bracers.

cap is aliased to hat and the results for leather_cap and leather_hat do not appear significantly different - they seem to be used interchangeably to refer to the same basic style of hat, as in post #2895295. Also mirror the existing hat -> headwear -> headgear implication tree.

leather_gear is a rarely used ambiguous tag which contains characters wearing just about every other leather accessory on this list.

I refuse to touch leather_suit. I don't understand the suit tags at all.

Reason: Sorry, it was bothering me that I couldn't squeeze these last few in.

wrist_cuff is aliased to wrist_cuffs. For some reason leather_cuffs already implies cuff_(restraint) but not leather.

elbow_gloves implies both gloves and armwear so I added matching implications here.
