Sure, underwear like that exists IRL if you do some searching on Amazon (search "3d wolf underwear"), but is it really a "meme"? Or just an obscure novelty item?

EDIT: Google image searching "wolf meme underwear" returns many pictures of it, so perhaps it does warrant meme status.

I think e621 has a pretty low bar for what counts as a meme, plenty of things that imply the meme tag have never actually achieved any mainstream meme status, but I think it's better to be inclusive that way because the majority of furry-specific memes won't.

I'm 99% sure I've seen more art of the wolf head underwear here on e6 back when people were first paying attention to it, though I'm struggling to find it now. Probably never got tagged with anything.
