TWYS would say that's gynomorph since you see a penis outline and breasts, not male (except for the other dolphin characters in the first one, making it gynomorph/male instead of male/male). At best, you could say those chest lumps are big_pecs, in which case it would be male/male but femsuit wouldn't apply.
