The tag implication #49256 beta_morgana_(persona) -> morgana_(persona) has been rejected.

Reason: Beta Morgana is an alternate form of Morgana and would presumably be the same character if they were implemented instead (just objectively cooler looking)

If they're different forms of the same character, they should be kept separate. Otherwise it would be impossible to properly search for posts that have the normal form or posts that have both the beta and normal forms (since the beta form would always have the morgana_(persona) tag regardless of the normal form being there, and a post with morgana_(persona) could just be the beta form). Other tags follow this same behavior (wolf link doesn't imply link, mega charizard doesn't imply charizard, etc).

We never do this because there are posts which can include both forms, or only one, and there needs to be a good way to search for either of those.
