Im still of the opinion that Balls should be Scrotum because seeing the testicles themselves is a rare occurance, and it happens most often in castration art.

Semi-on topic, I think testicle_cuff’s wiki need an edit. It’s including rings but since ball_ring is being used, I think it should excluded.
