The tag implication #49190 standing_in_water -> partially_submerged has been approved.
Reason: Hard to see how you could avoid it, especially if the results of standing_in_water -partially_submerged are anything to go by. partially_submerged is one of those weirdly-named tags that inexperienced users probably wouldn't know about.
