AFAIK, wouldn't fan service be something like in animation submissions, mostly?

It's not here because it's a screenshot, but that one fight scene is a great example: mink_(dragon_half)

The fact that there's only 5 results is pretty telling. This tag makes no sense giving the context of a porn site, especially if screenshots are forbidden. There might be some comics like EGS that do this, but stilll...
