this one is a little different than the balls & breasts one. some people like to draw longer fur around the pubes & it's a distinct aesthetic. i think 'fluffy penis' is acceptable along the same lines as 'fluffy tail' or 'fluffy ears', because these things do not exist on every anthro & i can definitely see people seeking these features out specifically.

i think 'furry penis' is a weird tag that should be invalidated.
