I don't think there is any tag like this and I think it would be good for it.
I mean sure you could say orgasm denial with unwanted orgasm but I don't know if that really does work.

Not sure if I'm the odd one out, but when I think of chastity, I think of the devices used for it, especially when I think of that term in regards to this site and its tags, so chastity_failure, to me, just comes across as some kind of chastity device breaking and/or not doing what it's meant to do. Which would probably be fine as its own tag, if there's even any posts of that, but... the name definitely doesn't bring to mind non-device orgasm denial type stuff, to me.

Chastity failure isn't a good term if, say, the orgasm denial is an intentional part of an inherently sexual act.
Eg. if someone's having penetrative sex and are forced to pull out prior to orgasm with the intent of denial, that's not really chastity.

TBF, I meant it as a joke. Also, I'm not aware of any images where the cage or such failed. The actually accurate word is celibacy? English is hard.

Not really. Celibacy is abstinence from sexual relations. A "celibacy failure" would be having any sort of sex, regardless if it included an orgasm or not.

Perhaps defiant_orgasm?
