I know these are crotchless and backless panties but I think there should be a singular term to describe both aspects. No matter how much I've searched I can't find a name for this type of underwear whether or not it even exists. So could we make a term for it or should I just leave it alone?

I think 'reverse' would kind of imply that someone is wearing them inside out. It's definitely still on the table but I was hoping for a more specific term. Although, I do get the reverse functionality but it's more of a lack of covering that I'm looking for.

What about something like 'full_access_underwear'? The idea of using 'access' for this type of meaning is already in use with easy_access and anal_access, so this would be consistent with that phrasing.

I love that idea! It's not one word but that accurately describes the kind of underwear it is.
