Reason: toki pona is a constructed language (also, toki_pona_text should be a meta tag, but I don't know how to do that)

EDIT: The tag implication toki_pona_text -> constructed_language (forum #348894) has been rejected by @jan_Ka.

We've got a BUR for that, which lets one change the category of tags to meta.
