They're a bit too ambiguous for my liking. "Backrooms" is a general term for rooms back away from the main area of a building/theater, where people can prepare, wind down, or do more casual smaller meet-ups away from the main stage or main room. It should be given some suffix to clarify what it means.

you're thinking about it from the TIP of the Iceberg. This is clearly refering to that popular meme/creepypasta/ whatever the hell about THE Backrooms.
Not just "backrooms" in general
This, imo, needs to be seperated from backrooms (that are normal in any given image) and The Backrooms which is an recent internet culture thing.
But then again I agree, if it was given a suffix....but then...what would it be called???

Nobody is going to tag that. Even if they did, it would be 'backroom'.
