I'm not sure if i can definitively say that these two are the same person, because except for the links on their artist page on e6, from the quick look I did, neither reference the other/

Many of the posts in huynhduyad14 have a source from the ExoticD14 twitter account, some even with both artist tags added. This, and judging by the pinned tweet of ExoticD14, seems that ExoticD14 is the R18 account of huynhduyad14. Some examples are post #2286723 and post #2286722.
