Question:
What applies when somebody (else) once stated that they do not want NSFW art of their character? The Takedown Policy states that only the owner of that character can request a takedown, anyone other than that shouldn't. - So should affected media only be flagged for deletion or nothing done at all?

tell the character owner about the post, and if they want it taken down they can file the takedown request on their own. don't take any direct action unless you have a claim to an artwork or the characters contained within or if the post is breaking a site rule.
