Reason: Pretty self-explanatory, and its odd that it's not already the case.

Yeah, I noticed the weirdness while looking through the wikis and searching if this implication was already suggested or not. I would have suggested that it should implicate insertion, but currently insertion is aliased to penetration, and the words seem used pretty much interchangeably in tags, excluding some exceptions. While I agree that they should be separate tags with separate meanings, they're not and it would be a gargantuan task to clean up the tags if they were made distinct, and I don't think anyone is up to that task.

On top of that, the vast majority of the 22k+ posts tagged with sex_toy_insertion are already tagged with penetration, with only about 300 missing it.
