Assignment on it's own doesn't make much sense as a tag. Mass updating ruler_condom is also questionable since there are some images with just measurements instead of grades in there. Otherwise this is a good set of implications.

isn't there a possible ambiguity with grade, as in a slope and a score you get on a test?

This seems to be conflating multiple meanings of grade/grading. For graded_condom it means having marks to determine the length or depth of penetration, while graded_assignment is for a paper being marked with A+ or something as a correctness score. The former doesn't have anything to do with the latter. I also notice you proactively renamed the ruler_condom wiki page to graded_condom, but I'd say ruler_condom works better as it more clearly indicates it's intended use of marking length, and doesn't mix up with other "grade" tags that mean some kind of score. A depth grading, angular grading, and correctness grading shouldn't be under a single tag since these are different uses of the term.
