Lore tags are dependent on the artists' intention with a given image. If an artists' intention is unclear, or a particular depiction intends for him to be cis/non-trans, the lore tag shouldn't be applied.

And what if someone who isn't trans decides to cosplay as Natani? It's basically the same logic used with why we don't imply characters to species.
