EDIT: It looks like a crop from a doujin or something but very surprisingly SauceNAO actually gave a result, even when I searched with the watermark at the bottom. I don't have a Pixiv account to verify but the result led me here

I don't think that specific picture is but he does make doujins under "makin" on other sites from what I can see.
