Both wiki pages gave https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/1027049 as the only url, and art from that pixiv appears under both tags.

I admit that I do see the difficulty in giving an off-site link of names here. :\ There are times when I wish I was a polyglot.

In addition to the above, I notice that pictures under each tag have a 13-number sequence on them, likely a reference system for the artist to organize their pictures and further confirming the match. Although the final 6-digit sequences differ, the initial 7-digit sequences – 1027049 – match.
