The tag implication #47170 seibrxan -> seibear has been rejected.
Reason: Seibrxan is seibryan's personal alt, where he posts non-commisioned art and stuff that's originally from his patreon. I know there are occasionally multiple tags for an artist and their alt (see daft_patriot and stalvelle), but in this case it seems unecessary.
