Sure, in this case it's reasonable to assume that these probably belong to the same person. In other cases, it is not.

something I forgot to mention is that tomoya_(artist) should also be aliased

if you check the posts under all 3 tags you will find 3 different links for the artist:

the artist goes by tomoyamaru on fa, tomoyamaru_alt on twitter, and 智也 (tomoya) on pixiv
not only do these accounts link to each other, they share art in common and all have the same style. additionally, a majority of their art on e6 is tagged with all 3 tags or a combination of 2 tags

imo tomoyamaru would be the best one to alias to, but as long as they are consolidated it doesn't matter to me

Same artist, just different artstyle for being much older. That account is for female humans/furry.
