Reason: Noticed that both tags seem to exist, but they link to the same person sources. They're the same person.
I looked over their pages, and it seems that "peekay" unhyphenated is their preferred spelling of the name. The only use of a hyphenated "pee-kay" is on HentaiFoundry.
