Please, provide some kind of proof.

-1, let’s please not alias common objects to artist tags anymore. Mezcal is a type of alcohol and could appear in a post just the same as whiskey or vodka. It’s just not as popular, but still. Should not be an artist tag.

That had been fixed.

yeah, these artists don't even seem to have the same artstyle, lining is diffrent the faces are diffrent.

notably Mezcal will almost always draw characters with more humanoid hands and feet with five fingers and five toes even when those features aren't on the original design of the character, where as TDerek99 will often draw characters more on-model, with paws and fewer digits when applicable.
