The tag alias #58970 halloween_pumpkin -> jack-o'-lantern has been approved.
Reason: These are essentially the same thing. Jack-o'-lantern is the common name for the gourd (or turnip) with the face carved in it while Halloween pumpkin is apparently a tag someone came up with when they couldn't remember jack-o'-lantern (which happens).
