Maybe the tag should be chocolate-beverage_(artist), the name seems ripe for confusion with chocolate_milk or something similar.

I was about to come in here and say it should alias to hot_chocolate instead. 100% +1 to adding (artist). Handles like this are why tag clarifications exist.
