I was uploading a Gardevoir image (post #3567835) after tagging it and spotted that it ended up with the clothed and clothing tags due to the cleavage tag implying them.
It is obviously inaccurate in this instance, Gardevoir does possess a cleavage thanks to her pseudo-dress - even the pseudo_clothing wiki page says the clothed tag shouldn't be used.

So I was wondering if there could be an exception (if those are even possible) to this implication when pseudo_clothing is in the mix. I'm sure this kind of situation is somewhat common enough in the case of pseudo-clothing.
If exceptions aren't doable, how could this sort of issue be resolved? A pseudo_cleavage tag?
