I'm not sure extreme_size_difference is applicable in all cases. Some results seem closer to normal size_difference, and micro_on_macro itself only implicates size_difference, not extreme_size_difference.

I'd say that first post you linked isn't even micro_on_macro or size_difference. It's becoming clear now that micro_on_macro has become subject to a loooot of misuse over the years and it's become a mess.

Actually looking at that first pic again, it does seem like an accidental mistag based on that artist's other pictures uploaded here, since it was also tagged "throat" and "vore." The second pic I would argue also points to the deprecation of micro_on_macro over time. Honestly I wonder if users have just been using it as a catch-all term for macrophile/giant/giantess pics because otherwise there's no specific tag for that.

because extreme_size_difference has only been in-use for like a month, it doesn't have any implications yet. it was created to be a replacement for micro_on_macro because no one really likes that tag.
