Also, the content of that wiki page is incorrect, her policy is that either artists or clients are allowed to post, not just the artist. I tried to edit the page but it says it's locked.

1: you probably shouldn't have made this implication request, since NotMeNotYou is the one that handles DNP implications you should DMail them if something's missing an implication to avoid_posting or conditional_DNP. AFAIK, other staff members just don't handle these implications, they probably could but there's a whole process to getting DNP that only Notme deals with.

2: their takedown request specified "only the artist is allowed to post" as the condition for C-DNP. It was made on behest of the artist by Notme, so chances are they explicitly asked to be added to that list on FA and requested such conditions.

What is written in the dnp wiki page is what will be enforced. Anyone can edit artist pages, but the same is not true for the dnp page. If the condition is not what the artist wanted the artist needs to get in contact with NotMeNotYou to change it.

PSA: Don't rely on what artist wiki pages tell you about dnp. Anything you find there is written/copied by users and might be outdated or just plain wrong. While convenient, only the dnp wiki page contains the correct information for certain.
