There is no doubt that the accounts you linked belong to AlbinoTurtle.
I see no proof that the are the same person as JordanFrechet, though.
Even if we assume that this was true, the artist is putting enough effort into keeping the two names separate that we should honor their wishes.

In light of this, I wondered why I gave this a thumb up. I'd say, in between request and rejection, the artist cleaned up and added further separation between their names, so much so, that rejecting this alias is probably the right way to go.

The evidence I found: Several submissions in the JordanFrechet FA gallery match those in the AlbinoTurtle Inkbunny and the AlbinoTurtle Pixiv. Examples include: This versus this versus this and this versus this. There's other examples, too, but again, the lack of direct links and maintenance of each name as separate seems to indicate they want the names separate.
