The tag alias #58056 baltan_(artist) -> barutan has been approved.
Reason: Different names for the same artist (post sources go to the same page). The artist's name on Pixiv (バルタン) would be romanized most directly as "barutan", so IMO it's safest to have that as the 'main' tag.
