The tag alias #57932 smoking_tobacco -> smoking has been rejected.

Reason: I could go either way on this. Either a safer alias, or it implies both smoking and tobacco.

EDIT: The tag alias smoking_tobacco -> smoking (forum #339196) has been rejected by @Rainbow_Dash.

I prefer the alias, there's not really any way of telling most of these images are specifically smoking tobacco.

The only thing that distinguishes these as tobacco is the fact it looks like a traditional cigarette or cigar rather than a joint, but imo this is covered better by the less-used smoking_cigarette and smoking_cigar tags.
