The tag implication #44354 nokuri -> plant_humanoid has been rejected.

Reason: Nokuri are a species developed by the artist Furball. They are plant/cat/human hybrids. They have flowers and other plant features in their body, perform photosynthesis, and are considered to be plant humanoids by their designer.

The wiki hasn't been written for plant_humanoid yet, but I would assume it would follow the same logic as the humanoid tag: begin mostly human in appearance. In my opinion flora_fauna would probably be a better fit, since the nokuri don't look human at all aside from a bipedal body type. Looking at the current tag usage, it would fit, but that could just be a case of rampant mistagging.
