I believe the tag just needs some cleaning, since we already have functioning tags such as genital_transformation or butt_transformation, which describe transformations primarily affecting certain parts of the body. So, in theory, foot_transformation should only be used to describe transformations primarily affecting the feet of a character, which would mean aliasing it to transformation wouldn't do us any good.
