Reason: CK63/CecilleCK63 (not the user) has specifically stated that they're a minor on furaffinity.

Unfortunately, this will likely mean your friend's art will be temporarily deleted (not erased, just not viewable for the time being) until they're over the age of 18 and can provide proof of such to the administration, whereupon it can happily be undeleted. It's not because the admins don't want your friend here (quite the contrary in fact), but for legal reasons. Users are required to be 18 or over in order to access the site, and an artist needs to access the site in order to be able to file Takedowns or ask for CDNP/DNP status. (Third party Takedowns and DNP aren't allowed, so you wouldn't be able to do either for them. They have to do it themselves.) Hence, artists with art uploaded here need to be at least 18.

According to NotMeNotYou when talking about underage users:

If they started accessing the site when under 18, but have since reached the magical 18 then they're in the clear.

I think talking with an admin would be your best bet. They can suggest things to do and would know how to work with you concerning the site's policies.

An underage_artist tag would create a number of issues, since they won't be underage forever. At some point their art will be allowed here again, but having to update/fix the artist tag implication (which can take a while) along with the fact that their older restored posts would still have the underage_artist tag that requires manual cleanup. Us bystanders would also see someone's art here with that tag, not know they're of-age now, and would erroneously flag or report it for deletion. As Clawstripe said, it would be better for you to report the artist to the admins, so they can deal with the posts directly.
