I'm thinking there should be a tag for when someone has their balls larger than usual (i.e. huge_balls/hyper_balls) but an average sized penis. Something that would work better than "huge_balls -huge_penis -hyper".I just don't know what to tag it as...

I don't know if we necessarily need a tag for this, but it could be handy (I'd perhaps use it on occasion). It's hard to come up with a good name though. Perhaps we could create only_balls_huge for huge_balls + notably smaller penis and only_balls_hyper for hyper_balls + notably smaller penis? We could also perhaps have both of these imply balls_larger_than_penis for the sake of having an umbrella tag for both of them?

Maybe a single tag for the difference between size of balls and penis? Something like penis_balls_size_difference. Then hyper/huge tags can help to filter out oversized penises or balls.

maybe create

disproportionate_balls
and
disproportionate_penis

for when one is too large/small for the other
