The current tag alias points in the wrong direction. Below is a link to a Reddit conversation I had with evidence that the new name is Tenjou Ryuka and the current ranphafranbiose should be change to match that, rather than the other way around.

Looks reasonable.
Although, their username is tenjo_ryuka, not tenjou_ryuka both on Twitter, Pawoo, and skeb, so I think that one might be better.
