I wouldn't be opposed. "Paw" is a bit ambiguous, since it can refer to hands (forepaws) or feet (hindpaws) even on quadrupeds, and the delineation between human-like hands/feet and animal-like ones gets quite blurry with anthropomorphism and stylistic choices.

For ferals or quadrupeds, it is very difficult to determine whether a "paw" can be considered a foot or a hand.
I raised this issue on a thread I made a couple of years ago, but it didn't really gain any meaningful discussion, see topic #26716.
