Reason: Both are the same artist, but he goes by a different moniker on this site from the one he uses at fa.

All posts from pyreythedragon have both tags, implication would prevent this in the future.

This needs to be an alias, not an implication.

An implication would keep both tags, the latter added whenever the former is used.
An alias would replace the first tag with the second one.
