There are several instances of the tag being added to posts without this dialogue, and even the person who wrote the wiki can't get it straight (post #530480). The tag, although only used rarely, has also existed several years prior to ~ ~2 writing the wiki to treat it as a dialogue tag.

I can also see cum_inflation, cum_splatter, and some posts that wouldn't qualify for excessive_cum.
I would be for invalidating all the too_much_* tags since they are really subjective.

I can't remember that we tag text. so that tag should be aliased
