has old character named Wuschel. (I became aware of their characters today)

My first thought was to tag the male character as wuschel_(wuschelwolf),
BUT...

Some old art of trans character seems to say (intersex) character was ALSO named Wuschel:

and following the example of various *(*)*(*)* tags such as toka_(male)_(xtoka_samax),

tagging the male character as wuschel_(male)_(wuschelwolf).
