I don't really know the history of the character but I have a reasonable doubt that she originated with that game.

Do we even need that game to have its own tag? It seems like the only thing under the tag is Kitraandra herself.

Whether or not Kitraandra originated there is questionable, but I don't see much evidence to the contrary.

Yes, but like I said above, she's the only character exclusive to the game. I don't think the game needs its own tag.
