The tag implication #43623 sharpclaw -> starfox_adventures has been rejected.

Reason: Sharpclaws are a race of creatures that appeared in Starfox Adventures and did not physically appear in any other game in the series. Moreover, this should indirectly implicate them to Starfox and by extension Nintendo in the same way Deathclaws are implicated to Fallout.

Sharpclaws were also in the non-starfox version of Dinosaur Planet, and brought up briefly in Star Fox Assault.

I know they are mentioned in that game, but I believe they do not appear in it. I am also not sure if they should be implicated to a game that technically does not exist.

There is official pre-release material of the game, with characters and character designs that differ from StarFox Adventures, so Dinosaur Planet is a valid tag. Though I think the point isn't that they should be implicated to Dinosaur Planet, just that they shouldn't be implicated to StarFox Adventures since they're not exclusive to that game.
