cheese_legz tag -> abyss_pepper Twitter. Reason: I checked all four sources. One was directly to abyss_pepper, and the other three had cheese_legz in the url but now redirect to abyss_pepper.
abyss_pepper Twitter -> abyss_moth. Reason: The current display name of the Twitter is "abyss._.moth".

I couldn't find a source for abyss_moth being the definitive name. Although is the current display name of the Twitter, most people on Twitter refer to each other by handle (example) and the only Tweet I could find says "I changed my user name to Abyss pepper, i prefer this one". But either is fine; it doesn't really matter.
