I saw an image of a feral voluntarily using one of those gel thingies to pleasure another e.g. post #2843352. Since she's holding it voluntarily, it's not a gag.

Also, we should probably do imply penetrable_sex_toy_in_mouth -> penetrable_sex_toy_insertion and imply penetrable_sex_toy_insertion -> penetrable_sex_toy instead of implying directly, so vote -1. (object_insertion tags pending topic #27854 getting resolved).

Might be better to imply fleshlight_gag -> penetrable_sex_toy_in_mouth instead, I can imagine people wanting to look for fleshlight gags specifically and avoid posts with just the sex toy being held in the mouth.
