I feel like chewtoy should probably be disambiguated. Though I must say I'm quite surprised there hasn't been many mistags over the years.

Definitely disambiguation, no alias. I reckon the tag being marked as an artist tag and thus being colored differently in several locations, has helped protect from mistagging.
