Denied because it doesn't seem to be in use. Searching tag history "mastubating" shows maybe five instances of it ever being tagged, so it doesn't seem to occur that often. And it is a misspelling. I would alias masturbating to --> masturbation instead but that's already been done. So for now, it's denied as there doesn't seem to be a need for it.
