Ugh. Liar. Which profiles? starfox_(artist) appears to be this pixiv user (e.g. post #2010938, post #2071598, post #2209718, post #1234944). Meanwhile, wugi appears to be this inkbunny user. Neither of these accounts link to each other that I can see.

However, if you look at the description on https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/92734131 by starfox, it links to the wugi subscribestar.

This might actually be true.

The original username of the starfox artist on pixiv is torin_n (visible if you search for ex. post #2209718 on saucenao), uploaded to e621 by the user Starfoxascending, and tagged by them as torinsangel, which in turn is wugi's alternate name.
Combined with the proof that MatrixMash provided, this should be good enough.

But this is definitely not as simple as just "see profiles". I sent a DMail to OneMoreAnonymous about it, but got no response.
