tears_of_pleasure appears to be exclusively sexual, while tears_of_joy has sfw stuff, too. That is, search tears_of_pleasure rating:s returns 1 post; tears_of_joy rating:s returns three pages. That said, people use tears_of_joy for a lot of sex stuff anyway, and I doubt it's worth the mod effort to keep them separate since rating:s and rating:e fulfill basically the same purpose.

I guess there's the stuff like post #2891378, but even that is just tears_of_joy -sex.

I would think tears_of_pleasure would include posts with ahegao or fucked_silly (e.g., post #2256346), which would not be entirely appropriate to call them tears_of_joy.
