Reason: A bedroom usually is inside a building, right? In fact, most rooms are inside right? Are there exceptions to that?

EDIT: The tag implication bedroom -> inside (forum #323112) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

inside is for the location of the viewer, whereas bedroom is simply seeing a bedroom.

Inside and outside are frustratingly under-tagged, and it's so annoying that X -> inside or Y -> outside implications don't work, but Watsit explained exactly the problem. There are many things that suggest inside or outside 98% of the time (example: how likely are you to view a locker_room from outside?), but there technically can be rare exceptions, so the implications wouldn't work.
