Why? This seems reasonable.
It would match the existing alias.

According to the wiki page for penis_on_penis it doesn't necessarily include frottage.

Huh. I wonder why touching_penises got aliased to frottage then.

I'm trying to submit the BUR but I'm getting an error:

Error: Antecedent name has already been taken (create alias penises_touching -> penis_on_penis), Error: Antecedent name has already been taken (create alias touching_penises -> penis_on_penis)

The script is:

alias penises_touching -> penis_on_penis
unalias touching_penises -> frottage
alias touching_penises -> penis_on_penis
implicate frottage -> penis_on_penis

Remove the "unalias" part and try again.
I rejected both aliases that got in the way.
